Our HR Service Comprises:
- Set up employee files with complete documentation;
- Meet with new employees to explain the payslip and answer questions;
- Manage leave policies and procedures;
- Assist with Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) – Includes advise on handling disputes, disciplinary matters, leave rates, and payments;
- Facilitate maternity leave policies and forms;
- Introduce new employees to Company Policies etc. (Contained in Employee Starter Pack*);
- Co-ordinate and manage employee termination and exit interviews;
- Source Tax Directives form SARS as and when required;
- Manage and attend Department of Labour inspections;
- Provide telephonic and email support.
- Complete U19’s when employees leave the company;
- Act as a liaison between the company and Financial Advisors. (Medical aid, Pension, and Retirement Annuities);
- Attend meetings on request. (Max. 3 hours per month);
